Aubrey's 2 year pictures...

Finally we have Aubrey's 2 year pictures...only a month later.

I try really hard to be good about getting the kids pictures done
right around their birthday. This year with Aubrey it was harder.

She fell down on Mother's Day and scraped up her chin. Which was
the weekend before her birthday. So I didn't want to get her pictures
taken until it was all better. I called made an appointment at Target.
I had major issues with them this time. To make a long story

short I won't be going back there. I took her to JCPenney.

Here she is....

By the time we got to JCPenney Aubrey had

fell asleep in the van. I wasn't real sure how

she was going to do with taking her pictures.

She was a little fussy but you could never tell

by these super cute pictures of her.

I was really happy with JCPenney. They are

owned by Lifetouch just like Target. When I

told them all the trouble I had with Target they

went out of their way to make sure I was happy

with everything. I will be going there from now on.

Summer Fun...

Saturday we let the kids go swimming for a while.

The scrapbooking mom that I am needed some

new swim pictures so... here are a some of them.

Remember it's a lot but not as many as I took.

Now Aubrey is NOT a little fish. She doesn't want
to get in the pool at all, the first step is it for her.

I think she might be swimming by the end of summer.


Aubrey still on the first step, but she really likes these water toys.


Ally was swimming with this tube until she went to far
forward and flipped out of it. She did great she kicked
her feet and came up. Guy grabbed her and put her on the step.


I asked her if she was OK, so she's showing me that she was OK.


But she did ask if we would get her the smaller tube.
I think it's more her size.

The joys of summer.
I know we will have many more days like this.
And we will enjoy each and every one of them.

Make Me Smile...

At 6:20 a.m. the conversation in the kitchen went something like this....

Guy: What do you want for breakfast?

Ally: Cereal

Guy: OK here you go, sit down and eat.

Ally: Daddy I need something to make me smile.

Guy: What?

Ally: I need a big marshmallow it will make me smile.

Guy: It's to early for a marshmallow.

Ally: Daddy I said I need a big marshmallow it will make me smile.

Guy: I said it's to early you can have one later.

Ally: I said it two times and it will make me smile.

Guy: You're to cute!! You can have one this time but you need to eat your cereal.

Ally: Thank you with a big smile on her face.

This round goes to Ally! Some of the things she says lately cracks me up!

Aubrey's Birthday Party...

We had Aubrey's party Saturday at Peter Piper. It was "CRAZY" busy.

I think every sports team was having their end of season party there.

Bryce's baseball team was even there...I'll have to remember this next year.

I still can't believe she is 2 already.

She is growing up way to fast.

Recap...

As I said before we have been really busy.

So here is a little recap of what we have been doing...

Mother's Day... was really nice. I got roses and homemade cards from the kids.

I wanted to take pictures with the kids so we went over to Power Ranch.

Aubrey wasn't feeling good and she didn't want to take pictures at all.

So this is the best I could get and none of all of us together turned out.

One of the kids was always looking some where else or crying.

Bryce's Baseball... is over for the season. He had his last game Thursday night.

There's a part of me that is glad he is done and a part that is sad.

Here are some pictures that I got from the last game I went to.

I didn't get to go to his last game.

Dance... last week Ashley had pictures for dance.

We were there 3 nights out of 4. She is in 5 different dances.

Blowing Bubbles...

These pictures are from Easter morning.
I know I'm a little late posting them but I still wanted to share.

The Easter Bunny gave Ally and Aubrey bubbles in their baskets.
They couldn't wait to use them, so we took them outside.
They are "no spill" bubbles... smart thinking Easter Bunny!

This was the first time Aubrey had blew bubbles by herself.


It was hard to get pictures of Ally.
She wouldn't stand still long enough.

I love the second picture. She was doing a great job.

Then the bubbles didn't work that good any more
because they shook them up so much running around.
I'll have to get them some more bubbles so
they can have fun running around outside.
