Dance Recital 2010...

Saturday Ashley and Ally had their dance recital
Dancing In The Moonlight...

Ashley's Clogging costume.
She danced to "Fiddle" and "Circus"
She also had Hip-Hop, Jr. Hip-Hop C0.,
& Tap. I have to wait for the studio
pictures to come back to post them.
So if you're counting she had 5 different dances.

Look how cute they are together!

Ally is in Combo I.
For Tap she danced to
"Never Fully Dressed without a Smile"
and for Ballet she danced to
"Zip-A-Dee-Do-Dah"

They both did a great job and got lots of flowers.

Ashley also had to dance again in the 6:00 p.m. show.
We didn't think the kids would make it through
another show so Guy took them home. I was helping
get the girls in the van and Ally told me "I need a nap".
I guess dancing is hard work for a 4 year old.

It was also hard work for her 12 year old sister
that had to dance all of her dances twice.
Ashley came home changed and was out as soon
as her head hit the pillow. It makes for a very busy
May every year but in the end it's all worth it.
I love to watch them dance and
can't wait for Aubrey to join them.

Aubrey's 3rd Birthday Party....

Can you guess where we had Aubrey's birthday
party from her cute dirty face? It was Peter Piper.

I did something different this time and
we had cupcakes instead of a cake.
They were Disney Princesses.
Everyone got their own princess ring.

Singing "Happy Birthday"
She wouldn't blow out her candle, she almost
started to cry and wanted Ashley to hold her.

So we moved on to presents.

She was going very slow, one inch at a time.

Even $20.00 didn't make her go faster.

New books...

To give her a break we moved on to bags.
Much easier for her!

At last a smile...

Then a few cards with money...

But this card didn't have any money.
So this is her saying "HEY..."
It was from us and went with all her presents.

Where does the time go?
She's not a baby anymore and won't let you call her one.
If you do she will tell you "I'm not a baby. I'm Aubrey!"
I wish she would stay young for a little while longer
but I know she can't. So I'm trying to enjoy every moment.

Happy Mother's Day...

There's nothing I love more than being
a mom to these four wonder children.
It's the best job in the world.

Baseball....

It's Baseball season again for Bryce.
He is playing kid pitch this year.

Let's play ball....

He's even pitching....

It gets crazy around here this time of year with Bryce
playing baseball and Ashley's dance studio getting ready
for their recital. But I love watching them do something
they really enjoy doing so I wouldn't change a thing!!!

This was the best one out of all the pictures I took of them together.
You would think by now they would give me their best smiles the first time.

The Hunt....

It was really hard for Ally to stand
there and let me take her picture.
She could see the eggs everywhere.

Then she was off....

and missing out on a lot of the eggs.

She did find a couple that Ally didn't get.

We had to ask Bryce to hide his eggs again
so Aubrey could hunt some more because
Ally was so fast! I think next year the
Easter Bunny needs to hide them a little harder.
