Teddy Bear Tap

Yesterday Ally started her new class Teddy Bear Tap.
She gets to bring a bear with her to be her dancing partner.
She was so excited to go to dance again and
this time she is one of the older girls in the class.

She's all ready for class.

Ashley's 11th Birthday {11-1-2008}

This year for Ashley's birthday I

After the movie we had lunch then went back to
our house for cake, ice cream and gifts.

After everyone left I took Ashley for a little photo shoot.

Halloween {10-31-2008}

Halloween night was a lot of fun.
The kids went Trick or Treating in our neighborhood.
Then we went over to the Gerber's house for "Soup Night."
Then we went over to my mom and dad's house.
It's nice when Halloween isn't on a school night.

Ashley was a Vampire.

Bryce was a Vampire.

We tried to make him look pale, it didn't work so well.

Ally was Tinkerbell.

Aubrey was a ladybug.

I'm still here....

I know I haven't blogged in a while but the last week of October was not a good one for me. I got a call on Wednesday from our bank needing to confirm that I made some purchases with my debit card. I didn't make the purchases they were asking about. I was told they would cancel my card, send me a new one and not let the charges go through. Well that didn't happen and I got another call Thursday morning to confirm some more. I wasn't to happy that they didn't take care if this Wednesday plus now the charge for $225.00 came out of our account. I got all of that taken care of then our computer crashed Thursday afternoon. Guy took it to Circuit City and the man there said he could get our files off. He called Friday and said he couldn't do anything with it. I lost it! All of my pictures are on there and that is all I want off of it. I know, I know! I should have them backed up or on disks or something. I was in the process of doing that. We took it to Data Doctors they said they think they can get them off if not they have a "Recovery Lab" they can send it too. Guess what, it is at the recovery lab and I'm still waiting to see if I get my pictures back. They told Guy they have a 95% success rate. I really hope I don't fall into the other 5%. We did get a new computer but I haven't felt like using it much but I told myself I need to blog. I deceided it was time to catch up with everything our little family has been doing, so more posts will follow....

And to all of you moms, scrapbookers, photographers out there backup your photos to as many places as you can. It will save you a lot of stress and money!

Pumpkin Carving Fun!

Last night we carved our pumpkins for Halloween.
Everyone helped clean out their own pumpkin.

Aubrey was eating it too.

Principal's List

The first quarter of school is over.

Ashley and Bryce both got straight A's.

We are so proud of them and all their hard work.

Bryce was really excited because it's his first time

on the Principal's List.

Which is a Good Thing to be on.

Ashley is on it too but they haven't given

her a certificate yet. They both also got

certificates for perfect attendance for the first quarter.

I'm so glad that they both love school so much.

It makes going more fun.

Schnepf Farms

This last Saturday we went to Schnepf Farms. My mom, step-dad, sister and her friend Matt came out from Las Vegas. We go every year and this is the third year they have gone with us. We don't usually go the first weekend it's open but it was the only time we could go together. It was cloudy and sprinkling a little by the time we left. We weren't sure how much we would get to do before is started raining. It was a great time to go the place was empty.
We got sprinkled on a couple of times but nothing to bad.

If you've never been to Schnepf Farms I would
recommend that you go. It's a lot of fun for all ages.

Aubrey's 1st Haircut!

I waited as long as I could but it was

time to take Aubrey for her first haircut.

She wasn't happy because we

tried to put the cape on her.
She wasn't having any of that!

Guy sat in the chair and held her

while I kept feeding her sweet-tarts.

She did great!
It was also past her nap time
so she was about to fall asleep.
